Our boot camps combine all elements of Fitness training and conditioning, including Circuit training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and Weight Training, all with a Personal Training touch. Race Training Classes are the perfect way to train for an Obstacle Race. Whether you’re competing with the Bad Mikey’s Team or doing it on your own, this class provides the training needed to race faster and better than before. Endurance and strength training that improves on everything from core strength to grip strength, from upper body strength to explosive strength. Balance and body weight training will shape your body to be able to move through obstacles with speed and agility. Whether it’s a Spartan or a Tough Mudder, this class will get you ready to compete.
This class combines all elements of fitness with self defense for a high intensity boxing-kickboxing workout.
