TEEN FIT

Teen fit (ages 10-13) provide both athletes and non-athletes alike with cardiovascular and strength training. This program is sure to provide the fundamentals of fitness and training while building strength and endurance. This is the perfect program to keep your kids/teens in shape on the off season.They also spend time on the obstacle training equipment, fitness with a ton of fun! Keep your kids moving, get them to challenge themselves while having fun.Teen Fit Tues/Thurs 5:30 pm-6:30 pm. This program is offered seasonally. Fall Kids Programs will begin September 10, 2019; registration will begin Mid-August.
